The Five Solas: A Reformation Liturgy

“On this day, we celebrate not a singular event, but the continual act of God in repentance and revival of His people. We celebrate the sweeping purpose of God that returns and reminds us of the truth and simplicity of the Gospel. Who is like our God? His purposes will stand unassailable, in our hearts, in our families, in our nation, and in the world.

This liturgy is both a celebration of the Reformation and an exhortation toward continual repentance and reform in the living Church of God. Five sets of responsive readings (one for each “sola”) are paired with relevant Scriptures, and can be used with single or multiple readers in a worship setting.
